Gilles Joanisse and Mario Hébert founded the Gatineau cheese factory in 1995. They first set up shop at 514 Maloney Boulevard East, then moved in 1998 to 200 Bellehumeur Street in Gatineau. From two employees, our team now has more than 100 employees and we have seven branches: Aylmer, Hull, Gatineau (Bellehumeur and Industriel), Masson-Angers, Val-des-Monts, and Chelsea. Our factory is now located at 500 Industriel Road.
