KAMOSU MISO is a small family company located in La Pêche (Québec) just north of Ottawa/Gatineau. Because I always wanted people to experience healthy Japanese food, I make miso with organic and whole grain ingredients by using a traditional method of fermentation of at least 1 to 3 years. I still make miso with the same care and quality as I did when I first came to Canada from Japan several years ago when I started making it for my family.
