Aux Solstices is certified organic with ECOCERT Canada. Since 2009, we are investing time and energy on our farm located in the pretty village of Namur in Petite-Nation. We cultivate the land with passion to offer you abundant, freshly picked and high quality vegetables and herbs. The direct link between the field and the you has always been central on our farm, this is why we always prioritize direct and local marketing. We make essential to choose varieties of vegetables that stand out for their taste quality. More than 50 vegetables, herbs and fruits beautify our fields during the summer season. From the start of the farm we wanted to meet the criteria of organic certification and the respect for the environment has always been central to the development of the farm. To achieve this, we manage a farming systems that encourage soil conservation and biodiversity by planting numerous trees and flower strips. The farm is in constant evolution, for 2 years now, we also produce live micro-shoots on soil to green your plate of vitamin shoots year-round. </pre>
