Atelier de torréfaction La Forêt's goal is to offer superior quality organic and fair trade coffees, grown under forest cover, with respect for communities and ecosystems. The SPP (Small Producers Symbol) certification guarantees that our coffee is fair trade and that it is produced by peasant producers organized in cooperatives who practice a solidarity, ecological agriculture under forest cover. In collaboration with these groups, we will offer you a series of artisanal coffees that aim to protect biodiversity and value the rural communities that produce and consume them. The selection and importation of our green coffees is done in collaboration with our friends from the Just Us! work cooperative, pioneers of fair trade, ecological agriculture and artisanal roasting in Canada. It is also thanks to their assistance that we can now offer you this first blend while we finish setting up our roasting workshop here in the Petite-Nation. We hope you like it!
