Brewery notes: On the nose, you’ll of course find lemon zest, accompanied by gentle cereal notes. On the palate, the beer is very light, with lively carbonation. Flavor-wise, it starts with the citrusy punch of the zest, followed by more subtle aromas of fresh bread, corn, and finally the fruity (citrus) character of the hops used. The sip finishes very light and refreshing, with low astringency and a slight bitterness.
