A popular syrup in Europe, which would benefit from being better known here. Made from the flowers of our elderberries, picked by hand. The flowers are cleaned and macerated in a tangy lemon juice syrup. It's perfect for an express lemonade, to flavor a glass of still or sparkling water, or to drizzle our pancakes with something other than maple syrup (maple syrup is good, but it's also good to make a change...). Unfiltered: pollen plays cloud in the bottle.
