Our syrup is certified organic by the certifier Ecocert Canada. We have certification for both bulk and retail syrup. Our syrup is available in the following categories : Golden (delicate taste), Amber (rich taste), Dark (robust taste). The retail syrup is specially selected for it's good taste from our large production. We sell our syrup in individual cane or in box of 8 canes (1 gallon). Conservation 18 months.
