PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS HEAT FROM FROZEN DEEP FRY : Put the spring roll in Frying pan with vegetable oil and deep fry at 350F (180C) for about 2 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Cool down for 1-2 minutes before serving. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 1.Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C) 2.Place spring rolls on baking sheet. 3.Bake on middle rack 10-12 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy. 4.Let stand 2 minutes. INGREDIENTS: FILLING: Mung bean noodles (mung bean starch, water), Carrots, Cabbage, Dried black fungus, Water chestnuts, Sugar, Salt, Pepper.
