Salmon gravlax is a Scandinavian technique of curing and salting. It takes 150 hours to make this particular product, which is the time it takes for the water to evaporate and for the natural oil of the fish to come ou. Its texture is very similar to cold smoked salmon but without the smoke taste. A secret blend of spices, lime zest, Gin Le Récif from Gaspé, beets and dill. You can use this salmon as an appetizer, on a bagel with cream cheese, on a crouton with tartar sauce, in sushi or in a Poké bowl.
